Delivery
We ship worldwide (almost!) Check shipping rates here
We deliver to France and more than 30 countries internationally.
Our shipments are handled by DPD, GLS and DHL. Shipping costs and times vary depending on the destination and the service used. More details on our delivery page here .
Any order placed from Monday to Friday will be shipped within 24 hours after payment validation.
Orders placed during the weekend are processed the following Monday.
Your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided when you registered.
In mainland France (including Corsica), the delivery time observed is on average 24 to 72 hours depending on the mode of transport chosen.
For international shipments, delivery times may vary from 3 to 6 days depending on the geographical area concerned.
In case of absence, your package will be delivered to the postal contact point indicated on the delivery notice left in your mailbox.
Your package will be kept at the postal contact point for a period of approximately 15 calendar days from the day after the day the notice of passage is left. At the end of this period, the package will be returned to us.
If the delay is due to you (the delivery address you provided was not correct, or you did not collect the package within the 15 days allowed), the cost of reshipping the package will be your responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
Luciole et Petit Pois pays the greatest attention to the quality of its products. However, if, despite all the quality controls carried out, a defect is to be reported, we invite you to report this problem in order to be reimbursed.
You have 14 days to notify us, then 14 days to return it to us.
Return costs are your responsibility, unless it is an error on our part on your order. In the event of an exchange, you do not pay a new flat rate contribution to the shipping costs.
The item or order must be sent in perfect condition, in its original packaging, to the following address:

We will refund your order upon receipt at our premises and verification of its perfect condition.
We will then proceed to reimbursement by Paypal, bank transaction on the card that made the payment for the order, or issue a credit note valid for 6 months according to your choice.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, in perfect working order and with all their accessories or documents. Products that have been clearly used or damaged due to use by the customer, making them unfit for sale, will not be accepted.
