Right of withdrawal

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason and free of charge.

How to withdraw from your contract

Click on the button "Withdraw from contract" displayed at the bottom of each page of the website. A form will open: enter your name, email address and order number, then confirm. You will automatically receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email.

What next?

After receiving your request, you have 14 days to return the products to us. The refund (price of the products + standard delivery costs) will be made within 14 days at the latest after we have been informed of your decision, using the same payment method as the one used when placing the order.

Exceptions
